
Customer Service Officer
**Location**: KLIA1 & KLIA2 (Candidates must live within 30 minutes from the airport)
**Job Description**:
**Customer Service**:
- Greet customers warmly at the counter.
- Build positive relationships and provide excellent service.
**Communication**:
- Handle WeChat and WhatsApp inquiries before and after rentals to ensure smooth vehicle returns.
**Language**:
- Must speak English and mandarin (90% of customers are tourists).
**Booking & Document Management**:
- Check bookings, create reservations, rental agreements, and invoices.
- Organize and manage documents for easy access.
**Vehicle Inspection & Care**:
- Inspect vehicles for any damage before and after rentals.
- Report any maintenance issues to management.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and refueled.
**Shuttle & Delivery**:
- Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and deliveries (e.g., interstate locations and KLIA2).
**Administrative Support**:
- Perform basic office tasks to help the team run smoothly.
**Flexibility**:
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
