JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular purchasing reports to management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
