JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist the Purchasing Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular purchasing reports to management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
