  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician (Spraying, Printing, Heat Press to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

Having knowledge and experience with SILK SCREEN METHOD is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain various spraying and printing equipment to ensure high-quality and consistent output
  • Prepare and mix paint, ink, and other materials as required for the spraying and printing processes
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all spraying and printing machines
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the equipment, and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe and productive work environment
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to junior team members as required
  • Operate and maintain sublimation printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Prepare and process designs for sublimation, including image setup and color management.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate color representation and design fidelity.
  • Monitor and adjust printing parameters to achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Assist in inventory management of supplies and materials used in the printing process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sublimation printing technology.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of color theory and printing techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of fabric types and sublimation compatibility is a plus.
  • Illustrator skills – Ability to edit and format artwork as needed.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with from Monday-Friday, Saturday half-day.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.
  • Able to add hoc job by refer to Production Manager and Head Of Human Resources.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
