JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute Industrial Relations activities including disciplinary actions, grievances, counseling, misconduct and etc.
- Support employees SOCSO claims.
- Conduct interview for operator position.
- Handle the administrative task of recruitment activities.
- Support the foreign worker’s permit renewal, check-out memo, special pass and documentation.
- Organize and maintain a systematic record system for immediate and easy reference.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or any related disciplines from reputable education institution with minimum CGPA 3.0.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR role.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in time management, writing report, statistics, documentation and interviewing skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
