Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle for the group.
- Initiate and manage recruitment drives.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
- Participate in full spectrum of payroll process.
- Assist in the implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Manage staff personal files and preparation of employment-related letters.
- Assist with annual compensation review and benchmarking process.
- Manage employees’ insurance matters and renewals.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics related to employee turnover, recruitment, training, and budgeting.
- Provide administration support to the Human Resource Department or the company when necessary.
Experience & Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or relevant fields
- Remuneration will be adjusted according to experience.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Able to support multiple demands independently and meticulously.
- Strong organisation skills to handle large amount of paperwork.
- Ability to work on your own initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Able to cope well in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging work environment.
- Detail-oriented and great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
