Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle for the group.
  • Initiate and manage recruitment drives.
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
  • Participate in full spectrum of payroll process.
  • Assist in the implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage staff personal files and preparation of employment-related letters.
  • Assist with annual compensation review and benchmarking process.
  • Manage employees’ insurance matters and renewals.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics related to employee turnover, recruitment, training, and budgeting.
  • Provide administration support to the Human Resource Department or the company when necessary.

Experience & Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or relevant fields
  • Remuneration will be adjusted according to experience.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to support multiple demands independently and meticulously.
  • Strong organisation skills to handle large amount of paperwork.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to cope well in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging work environment.
  • Detail-oriented and great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
