Assistant Manager, Accounting (Group Consolidation)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager, Accounting to oversee financial reporting and group consolidation processes.
Role Overview:
Responsible for overseeing financial reporting and group consolidation processes across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting. This role involves preparing consolidated financial statements, managing intercompany transactions, supporting audits, and identifying process improvements.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of IFRS/GAAP, and experience with financial consolidation tools, enabling them to contribute to efficient accounting operations and strategic financial decision-making.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting with at least 2 years in group consolidation.
- Familiar with Accounting Standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
