JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in human resources records such as new hires, staff attendance and leave records, training records, and so on.
  • Assist HR team to prepare HR-related report as needed.
  • Support payroll team on collected documents data verification (Monthly Schedule, OT Form & Leave Form).
  • Assist in payroll administration and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage and input database of candidate’s profile.
  • Assist and support in day-to-day HR matter.
  • Maintain all employee records, office management and administrative.
  • Assist and participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support including documentation and filing to the HR team.
  • Assist in other ad hoc matters.
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Computer literate and able to work independently.
  • Available for a minimum 3-month(s) internship duration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
