About the Role:

At Oligo. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant / Executive to join our team. This role focuses on video editing, content posting, and podcast coordination to enhance our online presence, primarily on LinkedIn and TikTok. If you have a passion for content creation and experience with video and graphic editing tools, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing & Content Creation

  • Edit social media videos using CapCut or similar video editing software (content will be provided).
  • Ensure videos are polished, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines for LinkedIn and corporate use.
  • Repurpose and optimize video content for different social media platforms.

2. Social Media Content Posting & Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content on LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content aligns with our brand messaging.
  • Engage with the audience by monitoring comments and messages.

3. Podcast Coordination

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of podcast recording sessions.
  • Work with guests to schedule recordings and ensure a smooth process.
  • Support post-production tasks, such as editing short clips for social media promotion.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CapCut (or other video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Canva (or similar graphic editing tools for social media graphics).
  • Experience in social media content creation (preferably for LinkedIn and TikTok).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in corporate or B2B social media marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with podcast production or coordination is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn’s professional audience and content strategies.
  • Bachelor holder
