RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with day-to-day efficient operation of the human resources
  • Schedule and conduct interviews and evaluate qualified candidates to hiring managers based on criteria and guideline
  • Perform human resources strategies to develop and retain talent and enhance employee engagement.
  • Maintain and update employee’s personal information in employee file and payroll system
  • Checking overtime claim and allowance.
  • Processing of attendance records, monthly payroll and payroll reports
  • High sense of urgency, sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Office administration jobs including purchasing of office stationeries, stock maintenance, license renewal and etc.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assign by your Superior

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years related working experience in related field
  • Experience in monthly payroll processing and recruitment\
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
