RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with day-to-day efficient operation of the human resources
- Schedule and conduct interviews and evaluate qualified candidates to hiring managers based on criteria and guideline
- Perform human resources strategies to develop and retain talent and enhance employee engagement.
- Maintain and update employee’s personal information in employee file and payroll system
- Checking overtime claim and allowance.
- Processing of attendance records, monthly payroll and payroll reports
- High sense of urgency, sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Office administration jobs including purchasing of office stationeries, stock maintenance, license renewal and etc.
- Perform ad hoc duties assign by your Superior
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years related working experience in related field
- Experience in monthly payroll processing and recruitment\
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
