Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, orders, and support.
- Product Expertise and Promotion:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s medical equipment portfolio.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Research and analyze market opportunities to identify new sales channels and prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns promoting medical equipment solutions.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and sales performance in the CRM system.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
