Sales Administration Executive
The Sales Administration Executive should have 3-5 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or sales servicing, preferably in a global or multi-cultural environment, with strong expertise in billing, vendor management, purchase orders, and financial reporting. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential, as the role involves liaising with international clients and stakeholders. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing Knowledge Base systems such as Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, or BMC Remedy, with the ability to create, edit, and maintain internal documentation for seamless knowledge sharing. Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, Zendesk, Zabbix, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Special Effects is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to assess data, generate reports, and support decision-making, ensuring process efficiency and workflow optimization. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines, with a customer-centric approach to building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving business environment is key, along with a proactive mindset for process improvement and operational efficiency.
