[Normal Working Hours]Mandarin-English Speaking Customer Service Associate for Airline Industry @ PJ
Requirements:
· Applicants with no prior experience in customer service or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply !!!
· Proficient in Mandarin and English (Read, Speak and Type) is a must
· Proficient to communicate in Cantonese would be an added advantage.
· Have no issue with working in Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
· Candidate are willing to work based in Petaling Jaya.
· Able to join on the following date: 25 March 2025
Responsibilities:
· Handle all inbound calls, email or livechat in regarding to customers’ general inquiries.
· Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
· Handle customers with professional manner to maintain customer’s satisfaction
· Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
Benefits:
· Monthly Salary: RM 3500 basic + up to RM 200 Night Shift Allowance + up to RM 300 KPI Allowance
