  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling day-to-day operations independently
  • Data entries.
  • Prepare transport documentations bookings with shipping line and B/L documentation.
  • Generating, submission and booking bagging orders for manipulation.
  • Manage customer and vendor complaints.
  • Daily interactions with customers and vendors on shipment status.
  • Oversee and manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing.
  • Coordinate with finance and other relevant departments to streamline invoicing activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience in Third-party logistics (3PL) / Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
  • Proven knowledge of ocean freight shipment documentation & processes and legislation.
  • Knowledge in SAP order processing and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
