End-to-End Development & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Oversee entire product development process from ideation to commercialization.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to drive product launch.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Pricing & Cost Management

  • Ensure balance between cost and quality of product is optimal.
  • Responsible for entire product portfolio & category pricing strategy is effective and optimized.
  • Assist in creating and managing budgets for innovation or special projects.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

  • Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing systems.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to convey project updates, challenges, and successes.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.

Operational Efficiency & Optimization

  • Streamline operational workflow.
  • Drive process improvements projects to reduce operational load.
  • Collaborate with Innovation team to drive menu offboarding process with key stakeholders to optimize menu offerings.

Consumer Insights

  • Conduct surveys, focus groups to gather consumer feedback.
  • Analyze consumer feedback and make data-driven adjustments to refine and optimize products.
