End-to-End Development & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Oversee entire product development process from ideation to commercialization.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to drive product launch.
- Contribute insights and recommendations for market positioning, target audience, and competitive differentiators.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to GTM initiatives.

Pricing & Cost Management
- Ensure balance between cost and quality of product is optimal.
- Responsible for entire product portfolio & category pricing strategy is effective and optimized.
- Assist in creating and managing budgets for innovation or special projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
- Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to convey project updates, challenges, and successes.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
Operational Efficiency & Optimization
- Streamline operational workflow.
- Drive process improvements projects to reduce operational load.
- Collaborate with Innovation team to drive menu offboarding process with key stakeholders to optimize menu offerings.
Consumer Insights
- Conduct surveys, focus groups to gather consumer feedback.
- Analyze consumer feedback and make data-driven adjustments to refine and optimize products.
