We are looking for a Digital Integration Specialist to bridge the gap between our HR tech platform and external systems, ensuring smooth data flow, automation, and enhanced user experiences. You will work closely with product, engineering, and client success teams to implement API integrations, set up systems, optimise workflows, and troubleshoot client issues. This role will report to the Head of Data and Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain system integrations between Troopers' platform and third-party productivity tools, digital partners and workforce management systems.
  • Automate data exchange processes to enhance system interoperability and efficiency using GUI or script-based automation tools (Zapier, Retool, Python).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and digital partners to identify integration requirements and optimise digital workflows.
  • Clear strategic thinking on the decision-making of build versus buy versus outsource in digital integration opportunities through multi-decision criteria analyses
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring seamless data synchronisation and real-time connectivity to launch solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity across integrated platforms by collaborating with the data team
  • Stay up to date with emerging integration technologies and best practices to improve system architecture.
