Job description 1. Prepare, compile and analyze account information of a company’s assets, liabilities, incomes and expenses account entries. 2. Enter account and financial transactions according to verified documents. 3. Prepare and recommend policies and procedures to maintain accounting standards according to 4. Financial Reporting Standards. 5. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. 6. Secure financial information by completing data base backups. 7. Maintain professional and technical development by attending educational workshops; reviewing 8. professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 9. Update client on all relevant submission before due date such as audit, tax submission, SST submission and etc. 10. Plan schedule and timetable to complete tasks assigned and to meet all submission deadlines. 11. Inform client of any faulty account and transaction found 12. Assist Account & Tax Executive when necessary 13. Follow up debtor aging and collection 14. Prepare & compute company Form EA, E, SST, and all relevant personal taxes Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. • Required skill(s): MS Office. • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. • Attention to details. • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
