To prepare stationery items for store once in every 2 weeks. 5. To submit documents to Admin, Accounts and Purchasing Depts. 6. To assist in liaising with IT HQ for modem issue. 7. To key in all pallet numbers of finished goods. 8. To extract all pallets numbers for DO/SA from system. 9. To assist all ISO activities. 10. To check stock list so that it match with physical stock. 11. To issue gate pass. 12. To assist during stock take. 13. To carry out other duties assigned by management as per Special Duties & Responsibilities Manual 14. Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time 15. To assist in the 5S and safety of the area.
