Analyze HSE data and provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. Assist the offshore Supervisors/Team Leader to monitor offshore activities and provide HSE input as necessary. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental management. Develop and maintain expertise in HSE auditing, ensuring the successful execution of internal assessment/audit programs on board offshore installations. Conducting Health & Safety related induction training programs to all employees/offshore crews as per required. To advice the management and clients/contractors safety on all matters pertaining to Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 (OSHA 1994). Qualifications Bachelor's degree or professional certificate in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) or Environmental Science. Minimum 3 years of working experience in safety, health and environmental roles, preferably in oil and gas sector. A Green Book Holder certified by DOSH. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Good working attitude and leadership skills.
