About the Role We seek a versatile and technically proficient IT Support Executive with strong expertise in web development, database management, and IT support for hardware and software. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and developing web-based applications, ensuring seamless system performance and an excellent user experience. What You'll Do IT Support & Technical Solutions: • Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices. • Troubleshoot and resolve network and server-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime. • Manage and deploy applications on MSIIS, Mono/Linux, and Docker container environments. • Ensure security protocols and data protection measures are implemented and maintained. Web Development & Database Management: • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications focusing on ASP.NET, C#, and Bootstrap 5. • Created and managed SQL Server and Oracle databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance. • Develop front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, ensuring responsive and user-friendly designs. • Implement and customize Liquid (Shopify Render Engine) templates for enhanced e-commerce solutions. Customer Journey Management: • Customize and manage CJM (Customer Journey Management) variables, objects, and logic to enhance customer experience and engagement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze customer journey data and implement technical solutions that drive user satisfaction. Problem-Solving & Innovation: • Investigate technical issues and propose effective, tailored solutions. • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality application performance. • Debug and revise code based on user feedback and test results. Client Support & Communication: • Provide exceptional technical support to clients, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of software and hardware-related issues. • Conduct engaging training sessions to help clients maximize the use of web applications and systems. • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring their needs and issues are fully addressed. Collaboration & Leadership: • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy high-impact technical projects. • Take initiative in leading technical projects and driving them to successful completion. Who You Are Technical Expertise: • Proficient in IT support for hardware and software, including system configuration and network troubleshooting. • Strong full-stack development skills with ASP.NET, C#, Bootstrap 5, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. • Experienced in database management with SQL Server and Oracle DB. • Experienced with MSIIS, Mono/Linux environments, and Docker container deployment. • Knowledgeable in Liquid (Shopify Render Engine) and CJM customization. Soft Skills: • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Strong decision-making and organizational skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with a proactive and enterprising mindset. Language Proficiency: • Fluent in English. • Proficient in German and Swedish.
