Key Responsibilities: • Update and maintain employee data and documentation consistently to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Prepare monthly payroll reports & handle routine HR tasks such as drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and overseeing verification processes. • Address employee inquiries promptly. • Assist in organising internal events and programs aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture. Requirements: Must haves: • Diploma or higher in a relevant field such as Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR administrative roles. • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills, particularly in managing manual input tasks. • Self-driven individual with the ability to take initiative to clarify issues and provide solutions. • Availability to work on weekends during peak periods (replacement leave provided). • Knowledge of the latest HR trends and practices. • Previous experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
