Job Responsibilities: 1. Complete audit assignments within the timeframe given. 2. Prepare and finalize audit working papers and audit reports to the standards and quality expected. 3. Prepare audit planning for supervisor to review before commencement of audit work. 4. Prepare draft tax computation and ensure adequate provision of tax liabilities. 5. Reply to Manager’s review points within the timeframe given. 6. Confirm on the final audit reports with clients before release. 7. Identify and document audit issues and recommendations to enhance improvements in controls and procedures. 8. Liaise with company secretary, tax agents, and other authorities to obtain statutory information required for the audit assignment. 9. Prepare group financial statements. 10. Conduct interview with responsible officers and staff to gain an overall understanding of control activities on the cycle. 11. Attend exit meeting with client and to present the audit report where required, highlighting issues and tax computation. Requirements: • Professional accounting qualification and/or a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance • Partial professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent). • Minimum 2 years experience in audit • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Detailed and organized and able to manage self well • Good client management and interpersonal skills
