Ensure F&B outlets day to day operation is running smoothly.Conduct kitchen inspection daily and report on weekly basis.Making sure operation of Bilik Buaya and GT Bar running smoothly.Create monthly promotion for Bilik Buaya and GT Bar.Control stock and inventory for Bilik Buaya and GT Bar.To conduct training for staff at Bilik Buaya and GT Bar.Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the F&B managerAd-hoc tasks assigned by the management of the club. The candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field (preferred).Good communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English languageAt least 2-3 years of related working experience within the F&B industry.Strong Bar / Beverage KnowledgeWilling to work on weekends and Public Holiday.Willing to work on shifts.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Able to work under pressure.
