Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional certification like CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus). 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and taxation. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
