About the Role:

  • This role is split between capturing content (50%) and editing/producing videos (50%), with flexibility based on your strengths.
  • Work closely with the design team to execute ideas that align with the brand strategy.
  • Visualize creative concepts through shooting and editing skills.

    What You'll Do:

    Capture Content:

    • Shoot videos for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook (vertical and horizontal formats).
    • Capture product photos and social media-ready images.

      Edit & Produce:

      • Edit videos aligned with current platform trends.
      • Use creative transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance content.
      • Deliver final output and adapt IT for different social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
      • Optimize file size and resolution for various usage (websites, social media, product launches, etc.).

        Ideation & Strategy:

        • Collaborate with designers to brainstorm fresh content ideas and hooks.
        • Suggest ideas that balance creativity and practicality.

  • Master tools like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (CapCut is fine for quick social edits).
  • Are proficient in capturing video/photos with both cameras and phones.
  • Are active on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or XiaoHongShu.
  • Have a sharp eye for lighting, framing, and storytelling.
  • Understand when to create commercial vs. content-based videos based on project goals.
