1.Manage all civil engineering activities related to the water treatment plant project, ensuring alignment with project specifications and regulatory requirements. 2.Oversee the development of civil engineering plans, including site layouts, grading, drainage, and structural designs. 3.Lead and supervise a team of civil engineers, designers, and site personnel, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. 4.Oversee daily site operations, coordinating the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure seamless execution of construction activities. 5.Perform routine site inspections to monitor compliance with engineering plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. 6.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with civil engineering activities, including potential environmental impacts and project delays. 7.Implement proactive safety measures and ensure adherence to safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety on-site. 8.Assist in the development of project budgets and resource allocation, monitoring expenses to ensure compliance with financial targets. 9.Act as the primary point of contact for all civil engineering matters, maintaining clear communication with project managers, regulatory agencies, clients, and community stakeholders. 10.Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, summarizing project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
