Job Responsibilities: 1. Tender Preparation & Submission: o Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in accordance with client requirements and deadlines. o Review tender specifications and requirements to ensure compliance. o Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to gather necessary documents and information for tender submission. o Maintain a proper filing system for all tender-related documents. 2. Procurement & Vendor Management: o Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotations. o Maintain an updated database of vendors and suppliers. o Process purchase orders and track procurement activities to ensure timely delivery. o Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. 3. Documentation & Compliance: o Ensure all company registrations, licenses, and certifications required for tenders are up to date. o Prepare supporting documents such as company profiles, financial statements, and certifications. o Ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations related to tendering and procurement. 4. Administrative Support: o Manage correspondence related to tenders and procurement processes. o Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and other business-related documents. o Organize meetings, maintain records, and prepare reports related to tender and procurement activities. 5. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships. 7. • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently. 8. • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections. Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 1 years of experience in tender administration and procurement. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Fresh grad is encouraged to apply.
