Key Responsibilities: 1. Invoicing and Documentation: o Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner. o Ensure all supporting documentation, such as delivery orders and contracts, are properly attached to invoices. 2. Payment Collection: o Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers. o Monitor aging reports and take necessary actions to reduce overdue balances. o Negotiate payment terms and schedules with customers, if necessary. 3. Reporting and Reconciliation: o Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and submit them to the Finance Manager. o Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers with the general ledger to ensure accuracy. 4. Compliance and Policies: o Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures. o Assist in the implementation of internal controls to prevent errors and fraud. 5. Collaboration: o Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer disputes and align on credit terms. o Coordinate with the Finance team to manage cash flow and reporting requirements.
