Role Overview:
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely processing of payroll for employees
  • Accurately calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and bonuses
  • Ensure smooth and timely distribution of paychecks
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including tax and employment data
  • Verify Kronos Overtime Reports by cross-referencing overtime codes with system data
  • Assist in LHDN audits and preparation of relevant audit reports
  • Register newly hired employees with the government portal
  • Compile data and schedules for Corporate Tax Audits
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, with strong technical accounting knowledge in a multinational company, ideally in FMCG or reputable audit firms
  • Skills:
    • Experience with SAP is a plus
    • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and business acumen in English
