Role Overview:
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of payroll for employees
- Accurately calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and bonuses
- Ensure smooth and timely distribution of paychecks
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including tax and employment data
- Verify Kronos Overtime Reports by cross-referencing overtime codes with system data
- Assist in LHDN audits and preparation of relevant audit reports
- Register newly hired employees with the government portal
- Compile data and schedules for Corporate Tax Audits
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, with strong technical accounting knowledge in a multinational company, ideally in FMCG or reputable audit firms
- Skills:
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and business acumen in English
