Responsibilities: • To install equipment in customer’s premises as instructed by the Service Supervisor or Service Manager. • To perform all service jobs effectively and efficiently to ensure maximum customers’ satisfaction. • To maintain all testing equipment, tools and diagnostic materials in good condition. • To keep abreast of developments in technologies of the product represented by the Company so as to provide competent service support to customers. • To follow up on existing customers to sign up for service contracts after the expiry of warranty service contracts. • To ensure that all equipment repairs and maintenance service are promptly attended to and rectified within a reasonable period of time to minimize down time in the Customer’s operation. • To provide customers’ feedback of customers’ comments on Company’s product sold to them. • To work closely with the sales personnel and Sales Team to increase market share of the equipment sold by the Company. • Ad Hock Function – Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by immediate superior/manager. Requirements: • Technical skills required. This is normally acquired through Diploma or Degree in Engineering background (Biomedical / Electrical / Electronic). • Preferably candidates with minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare/medical industry. • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. • High level of personal initiative, and ability to work independently with a minimum supervision. • Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.
