PROTEGE - QA (Quality Assurance) cum Inventory

Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Responsibilities: Product Inspection: Assist in inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality audits. Process Monitoring: Support the monitoring and evaluation of production processes to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Compliance: Ensure that products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Defect Identification: Help identify and document defects or non-conformities, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. Internal Audits: Participate in internal quality audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. Inventory Management Responsibilities: Inventory Tracking: Help maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries, using inventory management software or manual systems. Stock Replenishment: Assist in monitoring and placing orders for necessary materials, ensuring inventory levels are maintained according to production schedules. Inventory Audits: Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with system records. Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. Storage and Organization: Ensure that products and materials are properly stored in compliance with safety regulations and organized for easy access. Stock Reporting: Provide regular reports on stock levels, stockouts, and inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Manager or QA team. Educational Background: Recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
