Duties and responsibilities 1. Air Travel & Public Transport Booking  Responsible for researching, arranging and coordinating travel, transportation and accommodation for employees according to a specific organization's business and budget needs.  Booking flight tickets for local staff and foreign staffs as per request.  Cooperate with staffs to determine their needs and advice them appropriate destination, travel dates, and costs.  Arranging the ticket request, update requestor on any changes and being problem solver.  Advising requestor on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports, dummy tickets etc.  Coordinating with Customer Service Airlines / do the necessary using manage booking on any itinerary changes or cancelation as per requestor requirement.  Coordinating with travel agent on flight ticket booking and other matters.  Assist to reconciliation payment with credit card statement.  Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.  Maintain statistical and financial records of bookings.  Sending out tickets to staffs before their flight date.  Update staffs on flight changes via phone calls, text, email etc.  Using apps airlines system to secure bookings.  Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds. 2. Accommodation Booking  Booking accommodation (hotel) for HQ staff outstation (Manager)  Managing on HQ staff accommodation reservation.  To source / liaise with respective person to get accommodation (Hotel / Hostel/ Homestay) as per requestor.  To feedback on confirmation of reservation to requestor via email upon verifying staff information and payment options.  Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.  Update staffs on any changes via phone calls, text, email etc.  Requestor also required to notify if any changes on their reservation in order to redo the bookings.
