You will be assigned to the Contracts Department to assist in executing pre and post contract administration processes. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO: • Preparing draft correspondence, creating and modifying documents, issuing, filing and records, all incoming and outgoing documents. • Prepare and compile necessary documents in accordance with the tender and award schedule. • To assist with company registration as a client's new vendor, government agencies, etc. (If required) • Organize and maintain purchase records and relevant documents. • Schedules and coordinates appointments, meetings and events, including travel arrangements as necessary • Assist ad-hoc duties related to administration and accounts or finance matters, as required from time to time • Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. • Perform any other job functions that the Superior may assign. REQUIREMENTS: • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. • Willing to accept one year contract employment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage. • Able to travel to the site (for site meeting/ valuation). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
