Responsibilities: 1. Operation Assignment - Conduct routine operations as scheduled, fill out and check daily work/equipment routines or monitor system, monitor building operation equipment, receive complaints and customer requests regarding operational issues, perform maintenance as needed. 2. Corrective Maintenance - Reporting findings / self-finding / requests to Helpdesk, receiving worked from Helpdesk, reporting to supervisors for maintenance work, determining and classifying work with supervisors, planning and performing maintenance work, filling out more job claim forms time as needed. 3. Purchasing - Identify and advise the supervisor on the tools/items necessary for the operation, providing tools/goods information to supervisors for purchase. 4. Variation Order - Report to the supervisor if there is a VO and assist the supervisor in the plan and identify tools/items, the scope of work and costs for VO works. 5. Terms & Regulations - Comply with and enforce all company regulations and authorities in carrying out operational & maintenance activities. Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Facilities/Building/Property Management or its equivalent. 2. At least 2 – 5 years of working experience preferably in Facility Management/Building Maintenance/Hotel Maintenance with the following capabilities/knowledge: a. air-condition/cold room maintenance b. mechanical and electrical assets maintenance c. building/civil assets maintenance d. civil and plumbing works 3. Able to work on shifts. 4. Able to monitor mechanical & electrical equipment and problem analysis. 5. Able to start immediately is an advantage.
