- Recommend suitable massage services, membership cards, packages, or other value-added services based on customer needs to drive sales and improve performance.
- Establish and maintain customer records, conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty and increase repeat business.
- Set personal sales goals, actively complete sales tasks, and collaborate with the team to achieve overall performance targets.
- Support store marketing activities, such as online promotions, social media campaigns, and offline customer acquisition to increase brand awareness.
- Assist the store manager with daily operations, including appointment scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Work closely with massage therapists, store managers, and other staff to ensure excellent customer experience and enhance overall service quality.
- Language Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
