Payroll Processing & Compliance • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, allowances, deductions, and overtime payments. • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF contributions. • Prepare and submit statutory reports (PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, etc.) within the deadline. • Maintain accurate and updated payroll records, including employee salary details, tax deductions, and leave records. Excel & Payroll Data Management • Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIF, Data Validation, etc.) to manage and analyze payroll data. • Assist in automating payroll calculations using Excel formulas for efficiency. • Generate payroll reports and reconcile payroll discrepancies. System & Process Improvement • Ensure payroll systems are updated and accurate. • Work with HR and Finance teams to improve payroll process efficiency. • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software (e.g., HR2000, SQL Payroll, SAP, etc.). Employee Support & Documentation • Handle payroll-related queries from employees regarding salary, deductions, and statutory contributions. • Ensure confidentiality of payroll data and employee information. • Prepare and distribute payslips and payroll reports
