Requirements:
- Working on shift/work in the office.
- Candidates must at least possess SPM/Diploma level.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Patient, responsible, discipline and empathetic attitude in order to communicate with customer.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry.
- Computer literacy.
- Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- To attend inbound call.
- Transmit message via a CMS system.
- Attend to any enquiry or request from customer promptly.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
