Requirements:

  • Working on shift/work in the office.
  • Candidates must at least possess SPM/Diploma level.
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Patient, responsible, discipline and empathetic attitude in order to communicate with customer.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • To attend inbound call.
  • Transmit message via a CMS system.
  • Attend to any enquiry or request from customer promptly.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
