Summary

  • In this role you will act as a key member of Aero Alliance Port Klang Shop Team in building close relationships with shop leadership to ensure smooth operations and support Aero Alliance JV strategic and transformational initiatives.
  • You will support the team in proactively drive the prioritization, budgeting and resource planning of DT work
  • You will communicate (i.e. status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the organization and Support shop floor applications including basic troubleshooting/triaging of issues and demand management for change requests.
  • The expectation is to act as a DT solution provider by understanding digital needs on the shop floor
  • The role is intended to be performed on-site, especially in the initial phase of the learning curve. The company will evaluate the possibility to give more flexibility in the future

Responsibilities

      • Maintain/Upgrade/Refresh Access Points for optimal site performance
      • Maintain cyber security posture through monitoring of patches
    • End-User/Desktop/Collaboration Support
      • Provide L1/L2 support for AA ML employees
      • Resident support for MS Teams and other collaboration appliances/devices
      • Buyer for My-Tech and other DT products
    • Shop Automation Support
      • Ensure OT network connectivity
      • Machine connectivity for monitoring usage/utilization
    • L1 Application Support
      • Foxtrot ERP
      • AWS Cloud Apps
        • ARMS eco-system
        • Aero Store/Portal
      • Gensuite/eNCR
      • Engineering Tools
      • Kronos
      • Data Lake
      • HR Plant System
  • Programs Support (Responsibility)
    • ML DT support for global P&T team initiatives
    • ML DT deployment Lead for AA strategic programs

        • ERP for L5 (to be defined)
        • ARMS eco-system for L5 (to be defined)
      • Industry 4.0
        • Deploy OT solutions for ML site, with support from global teams

        • Deploy business intelligence solution for ML site

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in IT/DT domain, with technologies desired
  • Experience in technologies like Oracle ERP, AWS Full Stack, Tableau, Angular/Postgres or other programming languages will be preferred
  • Application support experience will be preferred.
  • Strong self-directed leadership with proven track record in projects / operations while working with matrixed teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple priorities simultaneously.
