We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch office’s administration and finance functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining compliance with company policies, and assisting in HR-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee training procedures, certification requirements, and work permit applications.
- Implement and manage company training programs, policies, and workforce development initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits, health plans, and insurance.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and stock management.
- Oversee fleet maintenance, logistics arrangements, and transportation needs.
- Provide administrative and office support, including handling employee complaints.
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain necessary licenses.
- Liaise with government bodies such as EPF, Socso, and the Inland Revenue Board.
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate cash book records.
- Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice checking and miscellaneous payments.
- Verify staff and manager claims, ensuring proper documentation and accurate system records.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
