
Safety & Health Officer
Responsibilities:
– Implement Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Plan for construction and commissioning
– Conduct TBM&Safety Induction Training to all site personnel
– Responsible for Site EHS inspection and Report(Weekly&Monthly report)
– Responsible for Accident and incident Management(LTI、Near-miss、accident)
– Conduct subcontractor EHS compliance audit
– Prepare the HIRARC and JHA for all site activities
– Responsible for Work Permits on site、PPE Management
– Organize EHS training on site(Fire drill,Emergency evacuation、PPE,working at height etc.)
– Organize EHS committee for Project
– Maintain communication with DOSH、Bomba and other departments
– Assist EHS manager for security management
- Other task assigned by EHS Manager
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of project experience in construction & engineering area.
- Registered with CIDB as a Construction Safety and Health Officer and possess valid Green Book
– Thorough knowledge of practices and methods for developing and managing a comprehensive EHS program, including designing employee EHS training programs.
– Proficient in performing EHS assessments to identify workplace hazards and determining appropriate control measures.
– Broad knowledge of the methods and practices for conducting accident and workplace safety audits and investigations required.
-Fluent in English& Familiar with ISO 45001&OHSAS 18001.
-Experience in scaffolding inspection would be an added advantage.
