We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Testing Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Senior-level manager, you will oversee the testing operations for multiple IT projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and maintaining governance over all testing activities. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the testing team, driving improvements and ensuring that testing methodologies are applied efficiently across projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and managing the IT Testing team, ensuring efficient and high-quality testing processes are followed for all software and systems releases.

Developing and implementing testing strategies, plans, and frameworks to ensure thorough and accurate testing of IT solutions.

Overseeing test execution and managing test case design, test environment setup, defect tracking, and test reporting for multiple projects.

Managing and governing the operations of the testing team, ensuring alignment with business requirements, project timelines, and industry best practices.

Collaborating with stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure testing efforts align with project goals.

Defining, monitoring, and improving testing standards, practices, and quality metrics for consistent delivery across teams.

Identifying and mitigating risks related to the testing process, ensuring all defects are tracked, resolved, and tested.

Mentoring and coaching team members, providing guidance on best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
