- Monitor, check, verify billing document with supporting document adhere to the processes, guideline & policies.
- Ensure all billing documentations with relevant supporting document follow required standards and procedures.
- Complete verify documentation in detail with supporting document.
- Track status of all request/billing documentations– based on updates from hiring managers, service provider and stakeholders by keeping an up-to-date log of requests and backlog.
- Communicate with Hiring Manager and Service provider on insufficient details and supporting documents regularly/monthly/quarterly.
- Managing billing documentation and payment such as invoice, claims & etc
- Monitor and presenting progress payment report daily.
- Manage billing issue/ complaints highlighted from Hiring Managers and Service provider.
- Prepare letter, memo and minutes of meeting and documentation for audit and other matters.
- Inculcate knowledge sharing and teamwork amongst subordinates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and accounting etc. SAP as initiator role (PR creator & SE initiator).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Account, Finance will be an advantage.
- At least 2 year of experience in any industry.
- Able to perform works in Excel, Words and any Microsoft tools.
- Able to ensure proper filing of records & maintain documents
- Able to prepare salaries/EPF/SOCSO/EIS
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
