Key Duties:

  • Monitor and supervise daily field operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in field maintenance, nursery management, and overall estate operations.
  • Oversee manpower and material utilization while minimizing pests and disease risks.
  • Manage estate stores, including fertilizers, chemicals, fuel (POL), machinery, and tools.
  • Maintain records of stock levels and coordinate procurement as necessary.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on estate activities.
  • Support estate administration to ensure compliance with RSPO, MSPO, and OSH standards.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or a related field.
  • Physically fit for field supervision.
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in plantation operations (oil palm/coconut preferred).
  • Knowledge of plantation best practices and pest control.

Tugas

  • Memantau dan menyelia operasi harian ladang bagi memastikan kecekapan dan produktiviti.
  • Membantu dalam penyelenggaraan ladang, pengurusan tapak semaian, dan operasi keseluruhan ladang.
  • Mengurus penggunaan tenaga kerja dan bahan bagi mengurangkan serta mengawal serangan perosak dan penyakit tanaman.
  • Mengurus stor ladang termasuk baja, bahan kimia, minyak pelincir (POL), jentera, dan peralatan lain.
  • Menyediakan rekod stok dan menyelaras perolehan bahan mengikut keperluan.
  • Menyediakan laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan berkaitan aktiviti ladang.
  • Menyokong pentadbiran ladang bagi memastikan pematuhan kepada piawaian RSPO, MSPO, dan OSH.
  • Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan.
  • Membantu dalam tugasan ad-hoc apabila diperlukan.
