JOB DECRIPTION

  • Conduct end-to-end sourcing activities and purchasing of material or service processes.
  • Liaise and execute negotiation process with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost of material.
  • Conduct supplier qualification, evaluation, and follow-up on vendor price, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships and monitor suppliers' performance.
  • Review, monitor, prepare, and perform supplier database, report and record procurement activities and analysis.
  • Coordinate with Production Planning, Store, Account, and other departments on material planning and budgeting.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related area.
  • Knowledge in Procurement/Inventory and warehouse Management is an added advantage.
  • Able to converse and write in both English & BM (Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Must be a self-starter with strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
