Sales & Admin Executive
Job Description
1. Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on orders and delivery details.
2. Record payments, issue receipts, and reconcile accounts in collaboration with the finance team.
3. Follow up with clients on overdue payments and address discrepancies. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations.
4. Respond to client inquiries regarding pricing, order status, and delivery timelines.
5. Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.
Job requirement:
1. 2 -3 years of experience in sales or administration, preferably in the construction or concrete industry.
2. Hands-on experience in order management, invoicing and customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
