Responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and campaign execution. You will work closely with both local and global teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and cater to the unique needs of market. You will focus on optimizing local market engagement, enhancing the brand’s presence, and driving sales growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Job Description:
- Plan, create and implement promotional campaigns on Lazada and Shopee to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure accurate setup of promotional tools, such as discounts, vouchers, bundles, and limited-time offers, in line with brand strategies
- Monitor product listings, store levels, pricing, and content to ensure accuracy and optimization.
- Regularly review and analyze store performance, making adjustments to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Prepare and submit timely campaign proposals for various Lazada and Shopee marketing activities, such as flash sales, seasonal promotions, and platform-specific events.
- Work closely with the platform’s account managers to ensure campaigns meet platform requirement and deadlines.
- Track and report on the success of campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the design team to develop creative assets, including banners, product images, and other visuals, ensuring they align with the brand’s aesthetic and promotional goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Ecommerce
- 1 year of experience on a Tiktok
- 2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on luxury beauty or skincare brands.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and e-commerce
- Experience working with influencers, partners, and media agencies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign performance and optimization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
