  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling of therapists, manage client appointments, and ensure that the team consistently meets service excellence standards.
  • Actively promote spa treatments, packages, and special seasonal offers to new and returning clients.
  • Create and execute strategies to enhance visibility and awareness of spa services, driving client engagement and bookings.
  • Identify potential clients and implement initiatives to increase traffic and boost sales.
  • Provide informative tours of the spa, detailing the range of services, packages, and exclusive promotions available.
  • Monitor sales performance and collaborate with the management team to meet set targets.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the spa operates smoothly, fostering an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role is desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Familiarity with spa products and services is an advance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
