Job Description ;

  • Collaborate closely with team members to address HR operational issues.
  • Assist with any HR-related demands and needs, both internal and external.
  • In charge of the management and affairs of foreign workers.
  • Handle and keep track of employee days off, claims, and advances.
  • Handling the full spectrum of Foreign Worker Management including renewal of permits, insurance, and FOMEMA.
  • To oversee administrative duties of human resources, including equipment, accommodation, uniforms, insurance, booking flights, etc.
  • Organize and update HR files, keep employee files confidential, and update personnel records for current workers, including promotions and terminations.
  • Respond to often-asked concerns from potential workers and staff regarding hiring procedures, benefits, standard policies, grievances/complaints, etc.
  • Advertise employment opportunities on all relevant job sites to find applicants. Help with new hire orientations and record-keeping.

Requirements ;

  • Diploma or Degree in a related field
  • Freshie allowed and willing to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
