Job Overview:

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and financial performance of a diverse portfolio of assets, including commercial complexes, industrial properties, and land holdings. This role ensures optimal asset valuation, tenant satisfaction, and strategic direction for property utilization, whether for development or rental income generation.

Job Descriptions:

1. Asset Oversight & Strategy

  • Oversee the management of the following assets:
  • Commercial Complexes: Hugh’s Ipoh, KMC Mall
  • Industrial Property: Cherry Park
  • Land Holdings: Greentown, Botani 3 Shoplots, City Garden Penang, Gunung Rapat 30 Acres
  • Evaluate and recommend strategic direction for each asset, whether for development or rental.
  • Ensure all assets are well-maintained to preserve and enhance their valuation.

2. Financial & Operational Management

  • Track and manage financial performance of all properties, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure rental agreements, lease renewals, and collections are well-documented and up to date.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance costs to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

3. Tenant & Stakeholder Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Maintain positive tenant relationships to ensure high occupancy and satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for property upkeep and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong facility and property management experience.
  • Knowledge of financial tracking and asset valuation.
  • Excellent communication and tenant management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic property plans.
  • This role requires a proactive leader who can balance operational efficiency, financial oversight, and tenant engagement to ensure the long-term value and profitability of the asset portfolio.
  • Degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
