  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We seek a motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic data and digital team at Innoquest Pathology, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving business insights and strategic decisions through comprehensive data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and advanced Excel skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • -Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide insightful business intelligence.-Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform detailed data analysis, including complex formulae, pivot tables, and data modeling.-Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Business Process Optimization:
  • -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.-Provide recommendations for optimizing workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning and Support:
  • -Support commercial teams with data-driven insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.-Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management to support business initiatives.
  • CRM System Management:
  • -Manage and optimize the use of Microsoft platform to ensure data integrity and efficiency.-Train and support users in utilizing CRM tools effectively, ensuring consistent adoption and utilization across the organization.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on commercial data analysis. Fresh graduates with a keen interest and expertise in the below are also welcome to apply.
  • Expertise in Power BI, advanced Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms. Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Sharepoint, and Canva are bonus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies and tactics to all levels of the organisation.
  • Any prior experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration is an advantage.
