Job Description:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the director, assisting with daily tasks, scheduling, travel arrangements, project updates, creating presentations, and managing phone calls.
  • Perform research, prepare correspondence, write letters and documents, analyze data, and manage communication channels.
  • Oversee projects by setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings, set up meeting spaces, coordinate calendars, take meeting minutes.
  • Handle all aspects of event coordination, including organizing internal and external events, exhibitions, and business-to-business functions.
  • Organize event details such as location, catering, and guest lists.
  • Manage the director’s property-related responsibilities.
  • Assign event planning tasks to team members as needed.
  • Ensure events are planned within budget.
  • Supervise event day activities, address issues, greet guests, oversee set-up, liaise with staff, and coordinate vendors.
  • Assist with association-related activities.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in any field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Comfortable interacting with high-profile clients and executives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
